At PRMAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original PRMAL box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
